When the website says contractors and govies aren't allowed "new construction" you would think that meant anything in the last decade. You would be wrong. They mean anything built after WWII. Actually, its anything after the Vietnam war. And yet they still expect market price..

More care for the families. I am sorry it is very clear that the families don't matter it's about money. Our house flooded, Upstairs and water came through the roof onto the floor. Well instead of worrying about that damage (water damage is bad). They end up coming in and blaming my pets (which I have pet stains) and removing my pets rights claiming it's all their fault. First off, I know it's not new carpet. They claim it is, but it is, it started coming up with brown marks after being steam cleaned the first time.. .and the pad isn't new. But I am honestly fine with paying to replace the carpet. We paid a pet deposit for a reason. and I shampoo the carpet every other week (it use to be more but the carpet started to come up and there now a hole from it) it due again this weekend. but instead of making a plan they are kicking out ESA (emotional service animals), and violating Fair Housing Act, but that doesn't seem to apply to army housings. and hurting the welfare of my daughter, who needs her ESA animal. I think it clear that this is more of retaliation between me and ms White, (who had past fights with). And ethically and morally wrong. I am not the only person who had this happen too, or have problems with housing. Seems like you all just found something to blame on us so you didn't have to replace the carpets. Again it isn't the money.... it's the animals who aren't at fault. It's my daughter who is emotional struggling, and my sick little boy that was in the hospital having a biopsy Friday to instead of focusing on them and their needs, I have to stop and deal with this. It's wrong.

For full BAH, not worth it. A/C is a "swamp cooler" style system. It never shuts off as it can not keep up with the weather. On top of that we get an electric bill the inability of the A/C. Filled Complaint was made promises which never came true despite months of follow up. You need to be someone of rank and position to receive any support. Sad there is no equal support.

Compared to the BAH they take every month, the housing is extremely pitiful. All of the appliances are antiquated, the maintenance work is poor, and the community centers are not at all helpful. To get anything done correctly takes multiple phone calls. When maintenance personnel come to fix problems, they take it as an opportunity to browse through your house. They go into rooms and snoop around in areas that have nothing to do with the problem they are there to fix. The lawn care is contracted to lazy people that will look for any excuse to not do their jobs, such as a kid's ball being in the grassy area. Rather than simply move it, they skip your yard. This is unequivocally the worst on-post housing I have ever lived in.
